Pool B: France U21, Germany, Egypt U21
Pool C: France, USA U21, Spain, Jordan

Who are the favorites?

In a loaded men's draw, defending men's champs France U21 deserve to start first, while countrymen France survived a major challenge from Israel in qualification to top the standings in Europe 1 after winning three of six stops.

African powerhouse Egypt impressed 12 months ago with a stirring semi-final run in Constanta and will be looking to go even further this time around. They qualified by the skin of their teeth from Algeria to emerge from Africa North.

Asian heavyweight Japan loom as title contenders after winning three of six stops at Asia-Oceania to edge rival China, while host Mongolia will be relying on their passionate crowd to ignite them.

In the women's, defending champs France will again be tough to beat and they flexed their muscles to win three of six stops in qualifying.

But it certainly won't be a breeze for France with the Next Gen of women's 3x3 incredibly deep.

You can make legitimate title cases for hoops power USA, who won five of six stops in qualifying and will be determined to do better after winning bronze last year.

Their talent runs so deep that USA U21 also could well go all the way.

China's women are a 3x3 force and we get to see some of their new stars who shone in qualifying where they won 17 of 18 games.

Will you be entertained?

You want to see the next wave of 3x3 superstars make their first steps on the big stage?
