Who are the favorites?

Let's start with one of the hottest teams on the World Tour - Vienna (AUT), who have overcome a slow start to the season to peak at the right time.

With Amsterdam MVP Quincy Diggs on a mission, Vienna might just start as the favorites in Manama.

But, of course, we can't overlook top seed Ub Huishan NE (SRB) who demand your attention even though superstar Strahinja Stojacic will enjoy a well-earned break.

Superstars Marko Brankovic and Dejan Majstorovic have won Masters MVPs this season and are capable of being the best players in Manama.

There are two other Masters champs in this draw - Antwerp TOPdesk (BEL) and surprise package Hangzhou (CHN), who will want to show their run for the ages in Constanta was no fluke.

Amsterdam HiPRO (NED), real ones will know, have surprisingly not won a Masters in 2023 but that will just make them hungrier in Manama.

Led by snipers Stefan Milivojevic and Antonio Ralat, Partizan (SRB) and San Juan (PUR) have reached finals on this season's World Tour and so too have Futian (CHN).

Lausanne Sport LS (SUI) have been spectacular recently, while Princeton (USA) can well go on a magical run from the qualifying draw if bucket getter Henry Caruso goes bang, bang.

Who are the players to watch?

We just have to start with the dude who is averaging almost 10 ppg on the World Tour - Worthy de Jong. He has put together arguably the most ridiculous individual season ever and he's not done with just yet.

You want a dude who's equally good on offense and defense? Then Dennis Donkor is your man because there is no better two-way force than this bad Belgian.

Who can do the trippiest thing with the Wilson? It's hard to go past Gilles Martin and Malik Hluchoweckyj, who are locks to be in our plays of the tournament.

And if Manama has a heatwave then it's probably because walking buckets Dimeo van der Horst and Vladimir Trajkovic were cookin' from all angles on the half-court.
