FIBA 3x3 AmeriCup returns to Miami

MIAMI (United States) - The best 3x3 national teams in the Americas will get a chance to compete for continental supremacy when they meet for the second edition of the FIBA 3x3 AmeriCup in Miami from November 4-6, 2022, at FTX Arena.

This year, 18 countries and 30 national teams will battle to become 3x3 champions of the Americas. The tournament will feature countries with extensive international 3x3 experience. There will be 17 men’s teams: Argentina, United States, Canada, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Barbados, Guatemala, Trinidad and Tobago, Saint Lucia, Haiti, Jamaica, Aruba, and Guyana. There are also 13 women’s teams: Canada, United States, Chile, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Barbados, Argentina, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Tobago, Guatemala, Jamaica, and Guyana.

The three-day event will begin on Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST (UTC-5). Saturday will host games from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST. The first-ever FIBA 3x3 AmeriCup edition was also hosted in Miami in 2021 at Bayfront Park where the USA men and women’s team lifted the trophy. Brazil’s men and women’s teams won second place. The Dominican Republic men's team and Canada women’s team took the bronze.

Cash will no longer be accepted as a form of payment at FTX Arena. However, reverse ATMs will be located throughout the Arena for your convenience.

No Bag Policy
Exceptions will be made for bags or purses smaller than 10” x 6” x 2” but will still be searched. Any medical and/or infant bags will be checked at Gate 5.

Parking
Guest parking is available in the P2 Garage for $5.00. All guests must be out by 5:00 p.m.
