Men

USA v Mexico (Friday - 2:35 PM - GMT-5)

The first game of the main draw features the United States, the number one seed, and the favorites to take the tournament on their home court. Kareem Maddox & co. go up against Mexico in Pool A, hoping to set the tone early for a weekend of 3x3 action. Jorge Luis Perez Torres is the most experienced player for Mexico, a competitor in three different World Tour events.

Canada v Argentina (Saturday - 4:50PM - GMT-5)
It's the Steve Sir farewell tour, and we won't want to miss a minute with him on the court. The Canadian 3x3 legend plays in his final event for the red and white, looking to lead them out of Pool B. Argentina, a perennial basketball powerhouse stands in their way.

Puerto Rico v Dominican Republic (Saturday - 5:15PM - GMT-5)
This might be the most interesting matchup of the Pool stage. Puerto Rico is bringing Angel Matias, the 28th ranked player in the world to Miami, alongside Josue Erazo and TJ Fernandez, fellow top-100 players. The Dominican Republic, a strong 3x3 nation that beat powerhouses like Slovenia at the Olympic Qualifying Tournament in May is coming with several newcomers but a long history of success. It's anyone's game to win in Pool D.

Women

Canada v Puerto Rico (Friday - 1:35PM - GMT-5)
The top-seeded Canadian side is going to be tough to beat and will start their AmeriCup journey in Pool A vs. Puerto Rico. Michelle Plouffe, the top-ranked Canadian and number 26 player in the world will lead the country into action after another strong season on the FIBA 3x3 Women's Series.

USA v Argentina (Saturday - 5:40PM - GMT-5)
There's not a lot of experience in their Argentina squad, but we know that anything can happen in 3x3. On their home court, the USA will look to assert their dominance in Pool B. Haley Gorecki and Brionna Jones are hoping to keep the winning tradition alive for the red, white, and blue in their first 3x3 action.

Brazil v Dominican Republic (Saturday - 6:05PM - GMT-5)
Vanessa Goncalves leads Brazil into action in a Pool D matchup vs. the Dominican Republic and Nelsy Sentil, who did so well in youth categories and the Pan-American Games 2019 (bronze) and is hoping to get off to a good start with a win over the South Americans.
