Ovnik and D'Alie are FIBA 3x3 World Cup 2018 top scorers

PHILIPPINES (FIBA 3x3 World Cup 2018) - Slovenia's Gasper Ovnik and Italian sensation Rae Lin D'Alie rose to the peak of the scoring charts at the FIBA 3x3 World Cup 2018, in Bulacan, Philippines.

Slovenian veteran Ovnik netted a total of 53 points across 7 games, helping his squad earn their second bronze medal finish at the FIBA 3x3 World Cup. Poland's Michael "Money in the Bank" Hicks was second with 52 points, while Latvia's Karlis Lasmanis was third with 43.

In the women's category, crowd favourite Rae Lin D'Alie razzled and dazzled her way to 52 total points, including 7 in the Final, where Italy won their first FIBA 3x3 World Cup gold medal.
