"It was actually my first time playing 3x3. I know there will be more good teams but we always want to win."

"It is a great opportunity and of course an honour to once again represent Doha in the World Tour," the athletic playmaker said.

"Last year we lost early in the competition so we are looking forward to going back and redeeming ourselves." - James

The Doha Challenger - organised by Qatar Basketball Federation - featured 16 international teams, including Ljubljana, who once again lost against Team Doha (in the semi-finals), adding one page to the Ljubljana-Doha rivalry.

The 2013 FIBA 3x3 World Tour winners and the other 13 teams will need to continue travelling the world for the next qualifier to make it to the World Tour this season.
